Have a pleasant evening blog viewers! How are you today? I hope all of you are doing fine. Do you know this dish? This is called Pancit from Lanten Restaurant(Chinese restaurant). You can buy this for P85 per serve. During occassions, you can see this dish in the party especially on birthday occassions. This serve is good for 5 persons or more. I’ve never seen or eaten a dish like that at a chinese restaurant in Japan. But we have quite a similar dish here in Okinawa. We call it “yakisoba.” We usually make it at a very last stage of a barbeque party. Mixing the left over meat and vegitables from the barbeque with noodle. Of course, We, Okinawan people, love it. In addition, we have a barbeque party on a beach, so we call it “Beach Party.”

I’m so sorry. I made a mistake in the comment I posted the other time. I wrote ” I didn’t lost your ….” but what I wanted to say was that “I lost your blog site address.” So, I do still enjoy your blog and am looking forward to viewing your blog.
