Good day to all blog viewers! How are you doing by the way? Upcoming Masskara Festival of Bacolod City will be on October 18-20. Everyone will be excited to celebrate it and of course it is annually celebrated by Bacolenos. As what you have seen hanging bandaritas on the street were all prepared. During on stage play anybody can wear like this as long as it suits to the play you’ve choosen.
